Shooting film and stills for a new client, we are covering both ranch cattle as well as dairy cows…
The November wind in Idaho was a worthy adversary and our producer caught the wrestling match with her iphone… have a laugh!

Working with my creative friends in Austin, Texas on re-branding the image of Marble Falls, we found ourselves in caves, canoes and refreshing lakes around the area.

We cranked out the stills and commercials in 2 days of shooting and a two pre-pro days…Not only did the weather cooperate, we had lots of laughs and enjoyed our time on set with the SPM crew…

Negotiating early morning Seattle traffic and giving our model a workout… we pioneered through dark rat infested alleys and freeway onramps to create an edgy spot for Asics. Yes- we did find a doughnut shop as reward around 9am!

Loved learning that the acronym ASICS is for a famous Italian phrase meaning “sound mind sound body” it’s so simple and spot on.

Members of Team Kiel spent a full 4 days in Louisiana loading McIlhenny company with a library of images… everything from picking peppers through the intense process of making the world famous sauce.

Starbucks production
Our most recent job was for Starbucks in the sunny city of Seattle… yes, I said SUNNY and SEATTLE in the same sentence. There is an explosion of life energy in that city when the sun appears after a long drawn out wet spring. It’s as if everyone comes out of winter hibernation simultaneously in tank tops and flip flops well rested and anxious to play…even if it’s only 62 degrees!
Our location was a gorgeous home on Alki beach complete with gracious owners and a friendly dog named Jack.
